Goods you receive will be in the same condition, type, quantity and quality as we described, including any picture, sample or additional details we provided when you asked, and fit for the particular purpose you told us about when you ordered and which we accepted.
Goods are delivered with their accessories, packaging, inclusions and any user manual or instructions as advertised or described, with the relevant information on the packaging in Filipino and/or English.
Services booked online are performed in accordance with what we agreed with you and as advertised.
For orders that include delivery, we may ask you for a valid e-mail address or mobile number before we enter into the transaction. Please exercise ordinary diligence when transacting online.
A confirmed order may not be cancelled once the items have been paid for, or are perishable and already with the third-party delivery service or otherwise in transit to you, unless:
• you paid electronically and authorized the crediting of the amount despite the cancellation;
• you reimburse the third-party delivery service as a pre-condition for cancelling the order;
• the transaction allows cancellation for a fee; or
• you and MotoNorte agree otherwise.
We issue a paper or electronic invoice or receipt for all sales.
In case of defect, malfunction, or loss without your fault, or failure to conform with the warranty or any of our obligations under the sale, you may pursue repair, replacement, refund or other remedies provided under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and other relevant laws.
If you choose replacement or refund, we are entitled to the return of the original goods, at no cost to you, within a reasonable period from your receipt of them, unless we agree otherwise.
If a refund has already been paid but the goods cannot be returned due to your fault, the amount received must be reimbursed to MotoNorte, subject to a proportionate reduction in price where appropriate.

Our internal redress mechanism must be used first, before filing a complaint with a court or appropriate government agency, or resorting to alternative dispute resolution. It is deemed exhausted if your complaint remains unresolved after seven (7) calendar days from filing.
You may then bring your complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), including its E-Commerce Bureau and Online Dispute Resolution platform.
A claim for damages may be filed before the court or the DTI within two (2) years from the time the cause of action arose.
